Scheduling & Cancellations
If a scheduled meeting or working session needs to be rescheduled, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or repeatedly rescheduled sessions may be billed at the standard rate.
I treat all client information, documents, and business details with the utmost care and confidentiality. Any access granted to systems or accounts will be used solely for the purpose of completing agreed‑upon work. I do not share or disclose client information unless required by law.
Confidentiality
All materials, documents, and deliverables created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. My Virtual Tender Touch retains ownership of internal templates, processes, and tools used to complete the work.
Intellectual Property
