No Refunds on Completed Services
Because My Virtual Tender Touch provides customized, time‑based professional services, all completed work is non‑refundable. Time, expertise, and deliverables cannot be returned once provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or project meeting, please provide notice as early as possible. Missed or last‑minute cancellations may be billed at the full rate depending on the scope of work and scheduling impact.
Deposits & Retainers
Any deposits or retainers paid to secure services are non‑refundable, but may be applied toward future work if rescheduled within an agreed‑upon timeframe.
Project Termination
If either party needs to end a project early, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. All completed work will be delivered upon final payment.
