Projects are billed based on an hourly rate. The estimated hours of completion will be discussed during the initial meeting. Half of the payment is required up-front, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.

If any underestimated amount of time is needed to complete your project, My Virtual Tender Touch reserves the right to notify you of such before any further work is done.

Usable Hours Package
Are you interested in having a set number of hours available to you whenever you need them? With My Virtual Tender Touch’s Usable Hours Package, you can pay for a certain number of hours to use whenever you want. Just keep in mind that these hours expire 6 months from the purchase date and can't be renewed or rolled over. But don't worry, I'll keep track of the hours you use and give you the option to renew or extend once you've used them up.

Monthly Retainer

After that, I'll send you a quote with no obligation to proceed.
When you're ready to move forward, we'll need to have a Discovery Call. This is important for us to get to know each other and understand your business better, so I can provide the best possible support. During the call, we can also go over our work styles and how we can best work together. Once we've agreed on the details, we can set up a Virtual Assistant Agreement that outlines everything we've discussed. This will help us make sure we're on the same page and that we both know what to expect.
Before we schedule your Discovery Call, there is a small $15 non-refundable admin fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources needed to prepare for your call and will be credited toward your first invoice. Once received, we can set up your Discovery Call.
